What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 300 kg per item. For a first order combining several items, that applies to each item separately rather than to the order as a whole.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes. Samples are free and shipped freight collect, so you cover the courier charge on your own account. Tell us the product and the specification you want to assess and we will send what is closest from current production, or produce to your brief if nothing matches.

How long does production take?

Within 45 days after artwork confirmation. The clock starts when packaging artwork is confirmed, not when the order is placed, so the sampling and artwork stages are what usually determine a launch date.

What are your payment terms?

We work on T/T terms. The specific split is agreed per order and confirmed in the sales contract.

Do you manufacture under our own brand?

Yes. Private label is our main business. We manufacture to your recipe or develop one with you, and produce to your specification, packaging format and artwork. We do not sell our own consumer brand into your market.

Which certifications do you hold?

Our facility holds BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 at Grade B+, IFS Food Version 8, ISO 22000:2018 and a GMP verification of conformity, and is registered as a food facility with the U.S. FDA. Scopes differ between certificates, and all six documents are published in full as PDFs on our About page.

Can you export to the European Union?

We hold Chinese customs registration 4213PF0085 for export feed production, with pet food as the registered variety, and we have shipped to Germany, France, Spain, Greece, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania and the United Kingdom. Import compliance in your own market remains the importer’s responsibility — see our guide to EU import requirements.

Can you match a product we are already buying?

Usually. Send us the product, its specification sheet and a photograph of the pack. We will tell you honestly whether we can match it, where we would differ, and what that means for cost before you commit to a sample run.
