These terms govern your use of kaimengpetfood.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What this website is

This is an informational website operated by Shandong Kaimengwei Pet Foods Co., Ltd. for commercial buyers: importers, distributors, retailers and brand owners.No sales are concluded through this site. There is no shopping cart, no checkout and no online payment. Enquiries submitted through the site are requests for information, not orders.

2. No binding offer

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Product descriptions, production capacities, certifications, minimum order quantities and lead times are published to help you assess whether we are a suitable supplier. Each of these is confirmed, varied or withdrawn in the individual written quotation and sales contract for your order, and the contract prevails over anything published here.

The indicative commercial terms shown across this site are:

  • Minimum order quantity: 300 kg per item
  • Lead time: Within 45 days after artwork confirmation
  • Payment terms: T/T
  • Samples: Free samples; freight collect

These are starting points for discussion. They vary by product, volume, packaging format and destination, and are agreed in writing before any order is placed.

3. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date. Certification details are transcribed from the certificates themselves, which are published in full as PDFs on the About page, and the certificate is authoritative where this site and the certificate differ. Certificates have expiry dates and defined scopes; please check both. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or omissions, and we may change its content at any time without notice.

4. No health or veterinary claims

Our product information describes composition, format, texture and manufacturing specification. It does not claim that any product prevents, treats or cures any disease or condition, and it must not be presented that way in your own marketing. Under Regulation (EC) No 767/2009 such claims are not permitted on pet food placed on the EU market. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice.

5. Regulatory responsibility

We manufacture to the specification agreed with you and supply the manufacturing-side documentation for each consignment. Determining whether a product may lawfully be placed on the market in your country — including registration, labelling in the required languages, import permits, border control formalities and any national requirements — is the responsibility of the importer of record. 6. Intellectual property

All text, product and facility photography, layout and structure on this site belong to Shandong Kaimengwei Pet Foods Co., Ltd. unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of us as a supplier. Any other reproduction, republication, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written permission. Third-party certification marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are reproduced only to identify the certificates we hold.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages, malicious content or false contact details;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
  • scrape or copy the site systematically in order to reproduce it or a substantial part of it;
  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or interferes with other users.
