Wet Pet Food Manufacturer — Pouches, Cans, Trays & Sausages
Shandong Kaimengwei produces 10,000 tons of wet pet food per year, covering retort pouches, tinplate cans, pet sausages, aluminium trays and meal boxes for cats and dogs. Minimum order quantity is 300 kg, with OEM recipes, textures and packaging formats customised per customer.
Our wet food workshop has 10,000 tons of annual capacity and is our largest line by volume. We fill and sterilise in-house, running pouch filling lines, can seaming, tray sealing and horizontal retort sterilisers on site.
The facility holds BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 at Grade B+, whose scope includes category 11, canned products, and IFS Food Version 8 for pet food. We also hold a GMP verification of conformity based on CAC/RCP 1-1969 (Rev. 2020).
Our ISO 22000:2018 certificate covers dried treats, semi-moist food, biscuits and chews. It does not extend to wet and canned production, and we state that rather than implying the certificate covers our full range.

Minimum order and customisation
Minimum order quantity is 300 kg per item. Samples are free of charge and sent freight collect, so you can assess the product before committing to a run.
We support private label across the whole category: recipe, piece size, texture, packaging format and artwork are all specified by you. We do not publish fixed nutritional specifications, because every order is formulated against the buyer's brief and the labelling rules of the destination market.
Once artwork is confirmed, production completes within 45 days. Payment terms are T/T.
