What it is
Beyond pouches, we fill wet pet food into four rigid and semi-rigid formats: tinplate cans, aluminium foil trays, plastic meal boxes and spouted pouches. Each one targets a different shelf position and price point, and all four are sterilised in-house.
Chunky meal recipes with visible meat pieces are produced in chicken, beef, duck and tuna versions.
How we produce it
All formats run through our wet food workshop, which has 10,000 tons of annual capacity and operates horizontal retort sterilisers. The facility holds BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 at Grade B+ — and category 11, canned products, is named in that certificate’s scope. We also hold IFS Food Version 8 for pet food and a GMP verification of conformity based on CAC/RCP 1-1969 (Rev. 2020).
Our ISO 22000:2018 certificate does not cover canned wet food; its scope is dried treats, semi-moist food, biscuits and chews.
Specification and customisation
Container format, fill weight, texture, meat content and recipe are all set per order. We do not publish fixed nutritional specifications, because formulation is done against your brief and the labelling requirements of your market.

Ordering
Minimum order quantity is 300 kg per item. Samples are free with freight collect. Production completes within 45 days after artwork confirmation. Payment is by T/T.
