What it is
This line covers two related formats. Extruded dental sticks are long, firm chews shaped to encourage chewing action. Sandwich crisps are baked pieces with a filling, produced in small shapes such as fish and rounds, and used mainly as cat treats and small-dog treats.
Both formats are made to the buyer’s recipe, in the shapes, colours and flavours you specify.
How we produce it
Dental sticks and crisps are produced in our dried and semi-moist treats workshop. That workshop is covered by BRCGS Issue 9 (Grade B+), IFS Food Version 8 and ISO 22000:2018, whose scope names dried food, semi-moist food, biscuits and dog chews. Finished product passes metal detection before packing.
Specification and customisation
Stick length, diameter, hardness, colour and flavour are set per order, as is the filling in the sandwich crisps. We do not publish fixed recipes for these items: each one is developed against the buyer’s brief or matched to a sample you send us.
Ordering
Minimum order quantity is 300 kg per item. Samples are free with freight collect so you can check hardness and palatability before ordering. Production completes within 45 days after artwork confirmation, and payment is by T/T.
