What it is
Baked biscuits are the lowest-cost entry point into a private-label treat range and the easiest to differentiate visually. We mould and bake biscuits in bone, bear, cat and fish shapes, in a single colour or as a multi-colour mix in one pack.
Biscuits also work well as a bulk filler item alongside higher-value meat treats in a mixed retail assortment.
How we produce it
Biscuits are baked in our dedicated biscuit line. Biscuits are named explicitly in the scope of our ISO 22000:2018 certificate, and the facility also holds BRCGS Issue 9 at Grade B+ and IFS Food Version 8. Finished product passes metal detection before packing.
Specification and customisation
Shape, piece dimensions, colour, hardness and the recipe itself are all set per order. We work from your brief, or from a sample of a biscuit you already sell. Custom moulds can be produced for shapes we do not already hold, subject to volume.
Ordering
Minimum order quantity is 300 kg per item. Samples are free with freight collect. Production completes within 45 days after artwork confirmation. Payment terms are T/T.
