What it is
The donut is a visually distinctive chew: a ring core wrapped in chicken or duck and dried until the wrap sets firm. The shape photographs well on pack and is easy for a dog to hold, which is why it works as a hero item in a retail chew range rather than as a commodity line.
We produce the ring in a 6 to 7 centimetre diameter as standard, in chicken, duck and a two-tone combination of both.
How we produce it
Donuts are made in our dried treats and chews workshop alongside our wrapped sticks and knot bones. The workshop holds BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 certification at Grade B+, IFS Food Version 8 and ISO 22000:2018, which names dog chews in its scope. Finished product passes metal detection before packing.
Specification and customisation
Ring diameter, thickness, piece weight, the meat used for the wrap and the finished moisture are all set per order. The two-tone version lets you combine two proteins in a single piece, which is a straightforward way to differentiate a private-label range.

Minimum order quantity is 300 kg per item. Samples are free of charge with freight collect. Production completes within 45 days after artwork confirmation, and payment is by T/T.
